Registration Inclusion

Full Registration includes attendance to all sessions from 25 – 27 October 2023. Full registration also includes, a name badge, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to the Welcome Reception. Tickets to attend the Gala Dinner may be purchased separately.

Day Registration includes attendance to sessions on the nominated day of attendance, a name badge, and lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments on the day of attendance. Day registration does not include any of the social functions. Tickets to attend any of the social functions may be purchased separately.

Young Professional (YP) Registration is open to those in the community that are under 35yrs.
Please note: Early Bird registrations for the conference must be paid in full. If payment is not received by the close of early bird, the registration fee will be charged at the standard rate.

WARNING: FRAUDULENT WEBSITES AND BOOKING AGENCIES

The conference industry is confronted with an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate legitimate conference websites and booking agencies that are not authorised to make bookings for conference participants.

Leishman Associates wishes to advise participants to be aware of possible scams and urges all participants to only use the official conference website.

If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering accommodation for the conference, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the ANCOLD 2023 Conference in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates.

Imitation sites and agencies invite meeting participants to supply their personal details including credit card information, in return for a promise to provide travel and accommodation. Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise, and in fact may not deliver anything to the conference participant at all despite charging the credit card.
