Mike Hill

Mike is an experienced business and team leader in both the office and field environments, managing diversified projects. His career began as an Officer Cadet with Shell Tankers and then having spent seven years at sea, changed career path to the Commercial Diving Industry. Having spent several years co-located at one of the world’s premier drydocks in the UAE, he has extensive knowledge of ship and offshore installation repairs, as well as infrastructure and marine civil engineering contracts. Mike has been involved in many large innovative projects and has frequently worked on operations that utilise advanced subsea repair technologies, beyond conventional techniques.
